Prepare with Pedro is a national youth preparedness program offered by Red Cross regions across the country. It provides emergency preparedness education in the form of presentations that range in length from 30 to 60 minutes. This preparedness program addresses local hazards, coping skills, household preparedness steps and home fire safety.
We are looking for volunteers interested in traveling to elementary schools throughout NYC, who have excellent presentation skills and daytime availability.
