Volunteers needed to help Older Adults with shoveling snow. This program is for Older Adults who are 60+ and are unable to shovel the snow on their own and can't afford to hire a service. NewBridge pairs them with a volunteer who adopts their sidewalk and driveway for the winter season.
Time Commitment: The entire snow fall season. We ask that volunteers help to clear the sidewalk within a 72 hour period to avoid the Older Adult receiving a fine from the City of Madison.
