Join The BluShues (pronounced "blue shoes") Team!

BluShues is a free Bible distribution 501(c)(3) charity and ministry. As a Board Director, you will have the opportunity to work with volunteers throughout the United States and internationally to spread the Word of God and introduce people to Jesus Christ. Directors will be responsible for keeping the organization in line with the purpose, mission, and Christian values of the organization; and steering the organization towards a growing future. This is a virtual volunteer opportunity.

Qualifications-

A genuine commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the values and mission ofBluShues, Inc.

Must provide a resume.

General Time Commitments-

* Quarterly Board Mtgs

* Monthly Volunteer Fellowship (1pm EST, 2nd Sat. of the month)

* Weekly Prayer (1pm EST, Saturdays)

The Following Board roles are needed:

1. Chief Bible Distributor

• Purchase and ship Bibles within the U.S.

• Organize and oversee Bible distribution events.

2. Chief Fundraising Officer

• Lead fundraising strategy and donor engagement.

• Identify fundraising opportunities and manage giving campaigns.

3. Chief Trainer

• Train volunteers and develop Bible education content.

• Coordinate training uploads and plan future training conferences.

4. Chief Media Officer

• Create and post Christian content on social media platforms.

• Use tools like Facebook Business Suite and Magisto for engagement.

5. Chief Legal Officer

• Provide legal oversight and ensure nonprofit compliance.

• Review policies, contracts, and manage risk.

6. General Board Members

• Provide strategic oversight, prayer, and support.

• Attend meetings, assist with outreach, and serve as faith ambassadors.
