We are looking for volunteer teams to host tours of our historic museum house and gardens, or greeters at the gate to welcome guests into the gardens on open garden days while the kids and farmers participating in our youth program are busy working around the site growing vegetables, flowers, fruits, and tending bees. A lovely oasis in the heart of Germantown with an interesting cast of family characters to research and a long list of contributions to Philadelphia.
We are particularly looking for volunteers Fridays 1-4 May through September and the 2nd Saturdays of the month 12-4 May through September. Once the guide is trained and comfortable their schedule can be adjusted for their availability.
