Job Summary
As the E-commerce Manager at Dunk4Dreams, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales platform for basketball merchandise. Your role includes managing the website, driving online sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your expertise will be crucial in maximizing our online presence and sales, contributing significantly to our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform for basketball merchandise.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Oversee website design and functionality, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align online campaigns with sales goals.
- Manage online product listings, inventory, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with online sales regulations and standards.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO strategies.
- Knowledge of web analytics and e-commerce metrics.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or merchandise context.
