About Dunk4Dreams

Dunk4Dreams is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support basketball-focused and technology-access programs for youth. Our upcoming basketball-focused technology access program is set to launch in Las Vegas, NV, in January 2024 and will be considered a significant milestone in our journey.

Job Summary

As the Brand Manager for Basketball Mentorship and Experience at Dunk4Dreams, you will be responsible for shaping and managing the brand identity of our basketball mentorship programs. Your role includes developing brand strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency. Your expertise will be key to building a strong, recognizable brand that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement brand strategies for basketball mentorship programs.

- Oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

- Conduct market analysis to identify brand positioning and target audience insights.

- Manage brand budget and allocate resources effectively.

- Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as needed.

- Foster relationships with partners, sponsors, and influencers to enhance brand presence.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of brand management and marketing principles.

- Proficiency in marketing and brand analysis tools.

- Experience in managing marketing campaigns and social media strategies.

- Knowledge of sports mentorship and education market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the sports, education, or non-profit sector.

- Excellent creative, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
