**This is an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader position. All applicants must have completed at least one year of full-time service in either AmeriCorps or Peace Corps. This is considered national service, with a bi-weekly allowance of $969.78.**

The VISTA Leader will be based at Tennessee Wesleyan University and will support several subsites. Collectively, these sites are working to end poverty in a variety of ways. This includes food pantries,

reading programs, libraries, and CASA programs.

The VISTA Leader will:

• Develop an onboarding and orientation program
• Create a year-long VISTA Member professional development and training plan
• Lead assessing and enhancing data reporting method
• Facilitate communication between TWU and subsites
• Assist in recruiting efforts
• Support the development of new VISTA sites
