If the answer is "Yes", you are one step closer to feeling the personal satisfaction of enriching the life of a hospice patient and their loved ones.

HarmonyCares Hospice is currently seeking volunteers in the area to brighten the day of our patients. Any time commitment big or small is appreciated and can fit into most busy lifestyles.

All time commitments are based on your availability and schedule.

Since we are working with an at-risk population, volunteers will be required to undergo drug screening, TB testing, fingerprinting, and background check. All testing is set up and paid for by HarmonyCares Hospice.

Description

HarmonyCares Hospice of Lansing provides patients with a terminal illness, with a life expectancy of 6 months or less, the specialized care needed at end of life. Volunteers provide a wide range of activities across several counties including Ingham, Shiawassee, Clinton, Jackson, and Eaton. Volunteers can sign up to provide companionship, emotional support, supportive presence, light housekeeping, lawn/ pet care, and MUCH MUCH MORE!
