We Are HER is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve as Youth Mentors for our Queens in Training program, which empowers girls ages 5-17 through leadership, life skills, and personal development. As a mentor, you will support our four age-based groups-Tiny Treasures (5-6), Crystals (7-9), Little Gems (10-12), and Rare Jewels-by assisting with structured activities, engaging in group discussions, and providing guidance to young participants.

At We aRe HER, we mentor, empower, and educate women and young girls, helping them build confidence, leadership skills, and a path to success. Our Queens in Training program provides structured mentorship for girls ages 6-17, bridging the gap between mentorship, education, and life skills. With a strong foundation in culinary education, leadership development, and self-empowerment, we create lasting impact. The Haven - A safe space for journaling, mindfulness, and self-expression. Community Engagement - Encouraging women to give back and lead. Business & Financial Empowerment - Resources for starting businesses, financial literacy, and skill-building. We are committed to uplifting women and girls by providing the tools, support, and community they need to thrive.
