ORGANIZATION: M4A Foundation - CrowdDoing

As an Ikigai Volunteer Co-Designer at CrowdDoing, you have the opportunity to collaborate with volunteers to create roles that truly align with their passions, skills, and values. This is not about fitting people into pre-existing boxes, but rather co-designing meaningful roles where volunteers' unique gifts can thrive.

In this position, you will have inspiring conversations to understand what lights each person up and what they hope to contribute to the world. You'll draw out their talents, interests, and vision for impact. Then, tapping into your own creativity, you'll work directly with each volunteer to co-design a customized role that intersects their passions and CrowdDoing's needs.

Together, you'll craft roles where volunteers gain deep fulfillment from leveraging their innate strengths for collective goals. Whether helping scope an initiative, lead a project, apply expertise, or build community - you'll ensure each person is energized by the chance to uniquely express their ikigai.

This is a collaborative process of unleashing volunteers' greatest potential and fueling CrowdDoing's mission with roles that speak to the soul. Come co-create the conditions where inner purpose meets outer impact through service that is profoundly co-designed.
