Bereavement Volunteers reach out to caregivers and family members who have recently experienced the loss of their loved one through death. This involves making phone calls and/or supportive visits to those in grief, whom our hospice follows for at least twelve months after their loss has occurred. Working closely with the Bereavement Coordinator, volunteers can also assist with a variety of other tasks and projects, which can including assembly of bereavement mailings and other office tasks.
About Hospice
