Want to teach others about an important aspect of our city? Need to build a network of advocates to support a local issue? Have an idea for an educational event that you can't wait to share with young Philadelphians?

Applications are now open to join our board in 2023 and we want people just like you. YIP works to make Philadelphia the premier city for the next generation of young leaders by engaging, connecting and representing Philly’s younger demographic (roughly 22 - 35, but all are welcome!) through various programs and initiatives.

Recruitment Timeline:

- November 24, 2023: Applications Due (can still send over weekend, but not recommended)

- Last Week of November/beginning of December : Virtual or in-person interviews conducted

- Dec. 8th: Applicants contacted

- Dec. 18: First board meeting (virtual or in-person TBD) to meet all members & get oriented

- January 2024: 3 year term begins!
