We are looking for candidates that have a strong passion to help combat poverty and reduce recidivism one heart, one person, and one family at a time! Our board members meet virtually on a monthly basis throughout the year with special meetings scheduled as needed. We are looking for individuals willing to share their knowledge, strengths, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves as we lay a solid foundation before program launch and expansion. Please Note: Volunteer applications are being accepted for U.S. residents only. Meetings could be scheduled early evenings or weekends once a month or as needed to accommodate time zones of all directors/members.

Individuals with lived experience, retired business professionals, and college students pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degrees in related fields of interest are encouraged to apply!

Volunteer leadership positions to fill on our Board of Directors and operational roles are as follows:

  • Secretary (Administration)

  • Treasurer (Accounting & Finance)

  • Board Member (People Operations)

  • Board Member (Legal & Compliance)

  • Board Member (Behavioral Health)

  • Board Member (Program Development)

Compensation : These positions are voluntary until further notice; no compensation nor benefits packages are being offered at this time.
