Through various programs and initiatives, we empower individuals, families, and communities to break the silence and end the cycle of abuse.

Position Description: BTSADV is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Volunteer Content Creator, SEO Specialist, and YouTube Channel Manager. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for designing engaging content using Canva, optimizing it for SEO, and managing the uploading process directly to our YouTube channel. Your work will enhance our YouTube channel's visibility, reach, and impact in spreading awareness about domestic violence and supporting survivors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and informative content using Canva, including graphics, thumbnails, and video overlays for YouTube videos.
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags with relevant keywords to improve SEO and increase the visibility of our YouTube channel.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords related to domestic violence and our organization's mission.
  • Manage the process of uploading content from Canva directly to our YouTube channel, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and YouTube algorithm changes to maximize the effectiveness of our content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our awareness campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
  • Ability to directly upload content from Canva to YouTube.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for social causes, particularly in raising awareness about domestic violence.
