About Our Organization: We are a devoted non-profit organization that provides basketball-focused programs and technology access to underserved youth, primarily in minority communities.

Job Description: Our organization is in need of a Volunteer IT Project Manager to supervise and lead our various technology-related initiatives. The Volunteer IT Project Manager will handle project management tasks associated with our IT projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within the defined scope and budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee the completion of IT projects.
• Coordinate with the IT team and other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
• Develop a detailed project plan, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
• Delegate project tasks based on volunteer team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project management, particularly in IT.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Extensive understanding of IT procedures and methods.
• Passionate about technology and our organization's cause.
