The American Red Cross is looking for a volunteer to lead our Resiliency Program for people enlisted in the armed forces and their families.

- Red Cross volunteers are subject to a background check before joining
- Willing and able to support the Red Cross SAF mission and have an awareness of and appreciation for military culture, military families, and veterans' issues
- Ability to communicate effectively in a public setting
- Comfortable presenting to large and small audiences
- Ability to interact effectively with culturally diverse audiences
- Works well both independently and with groups
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to schedule changes
- Knowledge of Red Cross policy
- Personal or professional experience working with the military (optional)
- Experience in volunteer management (optional)
- Willingness to comply with current public health and Red Cross policies.
