Position Overview: Talented Girls in Action (TGA) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Social Media and Google Data Analytics Virtual Volunteer to assist us in maximizing our online presence and leveraging data for informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

   • Create and curate engaging content for TGA's social media platforms.
   • Develop and implement a social media content calendar.
   • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.
   • Analyze the performance of social media content and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

2. Google Data Analytics:

   • Utilize Google Analytics and related tools to track website performance, user behavior, and conversions.
   • Create custom reports and dashboards to extract actionable insights.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online campaigns based on data analysis.

3. Data Reporting:

   • Compile and analyze data from various sources, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
   • Prepare clear and concise reports with visualizations for organizational decision-making.

4. Optimization and Strategy:

   • Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement in online marketing strategies.
   • Suggest improvements based on data insights and industry best practices.

5. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
