Description
Yolo Basin Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Davis, California. YBF was founded in 1990 to spearhead the establishment of the Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area, a 16,000-acre environmental restoration project. Now, Yolo Basin Foundation leads education and outreach programs to introduce the public to this incredible wetlands habitat. We have a wide variety of volunteer opportunities, most of which require little or no experience. You can become a wildlife tour guide, lead educational activities for our Discover the Flyway field trip program, assist with our popular Bat Talk and Walks, join us in hosting California Duck Days, and much more. Volunteering with Yolo Basin Foundation is a great opportunity for anybody interested in wildlife, education, or conservation.
