This program matches mentors 1:1 with refugee women. As a volunteer and mentor, you are assigned a mentee, and together you work towards their goals as you assist them to acclimating to their community. Mentors help mentees further discover employment and educational successes, engage in community participation, and find comfort and stability in their new environment.

Mentorship enriches the lives of both the mentee and mentor.
