Headquartered in New York, BFWF is a ground-breaking 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to empower black fashion-preneurs to fulfill their fashion dreams via educational, networking and opportunity events we host.

BFWF is creating solutions to resolve the systemic and entrenched lack of access dilemma faced by black fashion designers, retailers, and marketing professionals launching, growing, and sustaining fashion businesses.

The company is seeking candidates that would like to utilize their passion for research to help move fashion forward for a 2-to-4-month time period.

Description

An emerging organization, we are currently hosting our first program launch event on Saturday, February 15 at Alvin Ailey. The event is a live fashion master class where we will be honoring Sean John President & CEO - Jeff Tweedy. The event objective is to cultivate the business mindset of the fashion-preneur while honoring fashion industry professionals that have achieved incredible success yet over go unrecognized.
