Our clients at our shelter in San Jose need help finding jobs, applying for jobs, and preparing for interviews.
What you would be focusing on:
- Where/how to find jobs
- How to use different job search engines (Indeed, Glassdoor, Craigslist, LinkedIn, etc.)
- How to apply for jobs
- Creating an email
- Setting up a voicemail box
- Mock Interviews/How to prepare for interviews
- How to dress for an interview
- Apply to jobs with the clients
