We welcome caring people from the community who desire to help others and would love to add you to our network of volunteers. It is our hope that you will love this volunteer experience!

Our elderly neighbors in Tippecanoe County need a drive to their doctors' appointments. So many times we have heard from those we serve that they don't know what they would do without us. It is because of our volunteers, who offer a couple of hours to the elderly neighbor that we are able to offer our services.

We are flexible in working with your schedule and placing you with a neighbor who is appropriate for you. Whether you have only an hour to give each month, or a few hours each week, our neighbors would be happy to have your assistance.

We are a network of interfaith volunteers committed to improving the quality of life in the homes of our elderly and disabled neighbors, as well as their caregivers.

Description

Caregiver Companion is a non-profit organization in Tippecanoe County, Indiana that provides non-medical supplemental volunteer support for elderly and disabled individuals who desire to remain in their home, as well as their caregivers. We refer to all those we serve as our "neighbor" emphasizing God’s love and care for our elderly and frail community members and those who need a helping hand. Our goal as an agency is to help relieve the pressure that often comes with being a caregiver through the help of loving and caring volunteers in the community.
