We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our technical team.

What will you do at HiTS?

Be a part of Harvard in Tech Seattle volunteer-based organization and lead the HR team

Build, develop, and oversee growing HR organization and newly established function

Initiate and supervise the implementation and advancement of human resource processes

Work with the HiTS leadership team and deliver briefings to executives

Create performance and culture-driven organization that contributes to the world-changing initiatives

Together with the team build scalable infrastructure to serve organizational needs and growth

Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent

Follow and ensure adherence to relevant internal and legal procedures

Initiate, oversee and coordinate updating of human resource software systems

We are looking for:

. Minimum 5 + years of experience as a lead UI/UX Designer

• Must be a creative thinker.

• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.

• Present and defend your design decisions.

• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams.
