We are looking for someone that is passionate and committed to volunteer with us to help further our mission to serve the kidney community. This is a great opportunity for college students, newly retired or those with flexible schedules that want to make a difference. Our Office Volunteers work directly with the NKF staff team in order to support the organization’s administrative needs. Duties as assigned may include but are not limited to - event preparation, program implementation, filing, mailings, and data entry.
Time Commitment -
Flexible, but consistent (ex. up to 4 hours each week served on Wednesday afternoons) We ask that you commit to specific days of the week and for a minimum of 4 weeks at a time.
All volunteer hours must be served during regular business hours, Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.

The National Kidney Foundation, a major voluntary nonprofit health organization, is dedicated to preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases, improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by kidney disease and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation.
Description
Services and support are provided to kidney patients, transplant recipients, and their families; organ donor families; and renal health care professionals throughout Kansas, Oklahoma and the western 53 counties of Missouri. We focus on Awareness, Prevention and Treatment.
