ORGANIZATION: New Horizons: Serving Individuals with Special Needs

The Data Entry and Dept. Support Volunteer will assist the Human Resources department at New Horizons by ensuring that all information gathered and pending to be recorded, is inputted correctly in Microsoft Excel. Additionally, this volunteer will assist department staff with organizing files, generating internal documents and flyers for HR sponsored events, and supporting the team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, and/or with minimal support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Volunteer Hours:

Monday - Friday, between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Training:

Training will be provided on-site.

Start Date:

Contingent on background check and TB clearance.

Note: this is an in-person volunteer position. New Horizons will cover the cost of the online background check and TB test. Volunteers are asked to commit to this volunteer opportunity for a minimum of three months.
