Position: Volunteer Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person opportunities)
Commitment: 5-10 hours per week (flexible)

IABB is a trauma recovery organization dedicated to helping high-achieving women heal from the burden of hidden childhood trauma. As we scale our impact, we are looking for a passionate and organized Volunteer Administrative Assistant to support our efforts in securing new clients, strengthening our marketing, and expanding our reach.

The Volunteer Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the CEO and team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating outreach efforts, and assisting with marketing and client acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about empowering women through trauma recovery.

• Client & Partner Outreach: Assist in researching and reaching out to potential clients, corporate partners, and organizations that align with IABB’s mission.
• Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, schedule meetings, and organize documents to support day-to-day operations.
• Marketing Assistance: Help with social media scheduling, content coordination, and email marketing campaigns.
• Program & Event Coordination: Assist in planning virtual and in-person events, workshops, and community-building initiatives.
• CRM & Data Entry: Maintain organized client and partnership databases for streamlined follow-ups and engagement tracking.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools
• Passionate about mental health, trauma recovery, and women’s empowerment
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team

• Gain hands-on experience in nonprofit administration, marketing, and client engagement
• Work closely with a dynamic founder and trauma recovery advocate
• Contribute to a mission-driven organization making a real impact in the lives of women
• Flexible schedule with opportunities to develop new skills
