Who We Are

Rescuing Leftover Cuisine is a 501(c)3 non-profit that redistributes excess food to people experiencing food insecurity.

Who We Need

YOU!!

No minimum time commitment is required - you may sign up to volunteer sporadically or on a recurring basis. Documentation for proof of volunteering is available upon request.

RLC is currently seeking passionate and committed leaders who are willing to take on the role of Lead Rescuer and lead food rescue events. Pick up food donations and deliver them to a nonprofit partner, where the donations will then be distributed to the homeless and food insecure community.

Each event is an hour or less.We especially need help on Wednesdays and Satursdays at 3PM. As new volunteer opportunities become available they will be added to our online calendar: https://www.rescuingleftovercuisine.org/calendar.

How To Get Started

2. Complete the remainder of the training process (available on your RLC website dashboard) to join our leadership team of volunteers as a Lead Rescuer and lead events on your own!
