Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and creative volunteer to manage our Google Ads campaigns and maintain our website. This role is crucial for increasing our online visibility, driving traffic to our site, and ensuring our digital presence effectively communicates our mission and activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Google Ads Management: - Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns. - Conduct keyword research to optimize ad performance. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve results. - Create compelling ad copy that aligns with our mission and goals. - Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices and trends. 2. Website Editing and Maintenance: - Update website content regularly to reflect current events, news, and projects. - Ensure website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for SEO. - Work with the team to develop new content ideas that engage our audience. - Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly. - Monitor website analytics to understand user behavior and improve site performance. Qualifications: - Experience with Google Ads and digital marketing strategies. - Proficiency in website content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress. - Basic understanding of SEO principles. - Strong writing and editing skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Passion for helping children and supporting charitable causes.

The Dream Factory was established as an all-volunteer wish-granting organization in 1980. In the past thirty plus years, it has grown into one of the nations largest wish-granting organizations with local chapters across the country and a national Headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Dream Factory is about children: critically and chronically ill children whose lives have been challenged in ways that the average person cannot comprehend.
The Dream Factory exists to bring some happiness into these lives. As a Dream Factory volunteer, you will interact with children and their families, with other volunteers, members of the medical community and social services agencies, and with donors, sponsors and other members of the community.
