Visitor Services

Volunteers at the Admissions Desk are the first impression visitors have of the National Lighthouse Museum. They provide orientation to the Museum, information about membership and upcoming events, and shape the visitor experience. Admissions Desk volunteers may also be asked to respond to phone and email inquiries, or assist with daily operations tasks. They also assist visitors with Gift Shop purchases and operate the cash register.
