Our Catholic patients are in need of rosaries to provide peace of mind, comfort and prayer. Rosaries can be handmade OR donated from your church or other retailers. Hospice patients at end of life receive visits from our hospice chaplain and local catholic priests to anoint them, pray with them and provide spiritual presence to prepare them for their final journey here on earth. Volunteers can also fill this need by reading scripture, listening to patients concerns and helping us connect them with local churches and clergy for additional support.
If visiting directly with patients and delivering items or providing prayer- Required to complete volunteer application, background check, Drug screen, TB and training-provided FREE of charge. Contact Laura Brindza, Volunteer Program Manager for details LauraBrindza@sanctuaryhospiceOH.com OR 216.520.4080
