The Outreach and Engagement Specialist is responsible for connecting with at-risk youth and families, raising awareness about the Crown Care Essentials initiative, and ensuring that those in need are aware of available resources.

Responsibilities:

1. Community Outreach: Conduct and oversee outreach activities in underserved communities to identify individuals and families who could benefit from the program.

1. Data Collection:Maintain records of program participants, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

1. Collaboration:Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and social service agencies to expand outreach efforts.
