Founded in 1993, MedWish International is a not-for-profit organization that saves lives and the environment by repurposing discarded medical supplies and equipment to provide humanitarian aid to people in need.
You can save lives! This volunteer program offers individuals and groups the opportunity to make a difference. Join us as we sort and pack lifesaving medical supplies to support healthcare providers around the world.
Ongoing shifts are available twice daily Tuesday - Friday; 9:30a-11:30a and 1:30p-3:30p. PLEASE SIGN UP HERE: https://medwish.galaxydigital.com/
We have made several donations of PPE to local community organizations and agencies. To learn more about our COVID-19 response, visit: https://www.medwish.org/covid19/
We are following CDC guidelines and have made adjustments to the volunteer program to maintain the health and safety of all volunteers, guests, and staff. Masks are required, and distancing measures are in place.

MedWish International is a non-profit organization committed to the recovery and recycling of usable medical supplies area healthcare providers must discard. These life-saving supplies are made available to those providing medical care in developing countries throughout the world.
Globally, the MedWish International program improves the quality of medical care available to the underserved around the world; locally, we are effectively reducing the amount of solid waste deposited in landfills. MedWish International also serves as a resource for local health-care professionals and charitable organizations interested in global health. We rely on regular volunteers to aid us in recovering supplies from our local area, sorting and packing the supplies for our recipients, and educating the community (local, national and global) about our mission.
