ORGANIZATION: Envision Hospice

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.

We are seeking kind and compassionate people to volunteer to be with our patients. Our patients are nearing the end of their life and quite often are lonely. That's where you come in, the opportunities are endless. You may find yourself sitting with a patient and reading to them, or you may be listening to music, or watching tv. Maybe you are helping them record their memories and stories. Or you may help with chores around the house.
We ask for 2 -3 hours a week and a commitment of 6 months. You may of course volunteer for more hours per week and stay with us for as long as you want! We provide all the training and will always be available to support you! You are never alone in this work!
