Wilder’s Adult Mental Health Targeted Case Management (TCM) is a community-based service that supports adults with severe and persistent mental illness in accessing medical, social, educational, vocational and other services. We support them in living a full life, beyond just their mental health needs. There are currently 20 staff who serve approximately 450 clients. Staff speak Hmong, Karen, Cambodian, and Vietnamese and serve whole families across generations.
We are seeking a TCM Administrative Volunteer to complete a regular data review of information required for a partner grant. The ideal volunteer will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong computer abilities to ensure we are meeting our reporting needs. This volunteer role must be completed onsite at Wilder Center.

- Examine Excel spreadsheet of data, crosscheck with database data, and identify TCM caseload.
- Complete report and share with supervisor.
- Provide feedback or ideas on how to increase efficiency with the data management process.
- Research potential resources either online or by calling around to outline who serves what communities as resources are always changing.
- Help keep an updated resource list by reviewing information on an occasional basis.
- Additional administrative projects may be available if interest and time allows.
Qualifications:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be comfortable with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Be comfortable learning and navigating new databases.
- Complete a criminal background check (cost covered by Wilder).
- Highly respectful of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently.
