Enhabit is looking for a hospice volunteers to provide music, instrumental and or vocal, for hospice patients. Music is a powerful tool that we use to bring peace and joy to our patients. Share your musical talents.
Other ways to volunteer, patient companionship, caregiver respite, A.M.P. music, event planning, or administrative tasks. Hospice volunteers provide non-medical services and respite time for caregivers and family members. As a hospice volunteer, you will be given choices as to how much and what types of activities you want to do.

Description
Enhabit is looking for a hospice volunteer to provide patient companionship and caregiver respite to patients, party planning for life celebration parties, and fund raising events. Volunteers provide non-medical services. As a hospice volunteer, you will be given choices as to how much and what types of activities you will perform.
A few ways you can help as a hospice volunteer is by running errands for patients and families, playing games or reading with patients, walking and caring for family pets, taking music to patients or even creating a photo album of the patient and their family.

- We request 2 hours per week of volunteer time. The time, as well as the volunteer activity, is very flexible and arranged by the volunteer.
- Our volunteers are expected to be exceptional listeners, dependable, tolerant, compassionate and possess the willingness to further grow in these areas.
