Are you an experienced HR professional or recruiter with over 5 years of industry expertise? Do you have a passion for helping others succeed in their careers? We need your skills to make a significant impact in the lives of our program members!

We are looking for volunteers to conduct Technical Mock Interview primarily focusing on Salesforce.

Mom Relaunch is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) with a mission of making every woman financially independent. We are dedicated to supporting women who are looking to re-enter the workforce after taking a career break to take care of their children. Our program members are highly qualified in their areas of expertise and may need some extra guidance in preparing for job interviews and optimizing their resumes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mock interviews with program members, simulating real job interview scenarios.
• Provide constructive feedback on interview performance, including communication skills, body language, and responses to common interview questions.
• Review and critique resumes to ensure they are effectively highlighting program members' skills and experiences.
• Offer advice on resume formatting, content, and tailoring for specific job opportunities.
• Any other mentoring in preparing for a job interview.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in HR or recruiting.

Strong knowledge of interview techniques and best practices.

Proficiency in resume evaluation and enhancement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy and a commitment to supporting individuals on their career journey.

Time Commitment:

This volunteer opportunity is flexible, and you can choose how many hours you can offer and the number of program members you'd like to assist. We appreciate any amount of time you can dedicate to helping these moms relaunch their careers.
