Position Overview: As a Video Editor at Seven Hillz Productions Foundation, you will play a crucial role in bringing our message to life through video content. You will be responsible for editing and enhancing video footage to create engaging and impactful content for our various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and our website. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our videos are of the highest quality and effectively convey our message.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging, and visually appealing videos that align with the ministry's mission and values.

  2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to create video content that includes speaker series, discussions, and other relevant topics.

  3. Implement SOP: Follow the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for video editing, including adhering to best practices and quality standards.

  4. Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, including the Leadership, to understand the vision and goals of each video project.

  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that video and audio quality meet the standards and troubleshoot any technical issues as needed.

  6. Optimization: Optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, ensuring that they are engaging and shareable.

  7. Compliance: Adhere to copyright and licensing regulations when using third-party content.

  8. SMM: Managing the publishing of your content, scheduling, captioning, uploading, thumbnail & graphic creation, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
  • Knowledge of SOPs and best practices for video editing and content creation.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for the mission and values of the Seven Hillz Production Foundation.
