Soldiers’ Angels, in conjunction with the Atlanta VA Health Care System, hosts a monthly Military & Veterans Food Distribution (MVFD) as an easy way for Atlanta veterans and military families in-need to receive food assistance! This monthly event provides food support to over 200 veterans and families in the form of 55-75lbs of groceries! Join Soldiers’ Angels as a volunteer and help us give back to those who have given so much for our freedoms.

Volunteers for this event serve in a number of areas including: set-up, volunteer chick-in, Veteran check-in, saftey & traffic control, bagging & distribution of groceries, and clean-up. Please be sure to dress appropriately for the weather. This event is held outside, regardless of weather.

A Soldiers' Angels staff member or key volunteer will be on site at each event so you have a direct point of contact, as well as the guidance and support you need to ensure your volunteer experience is amazing and the event is a success!
