The Hudson Valley Go Red for Women Luncheon will be held at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY on Thursday, November 16, 2023.

A little bit about the Go Red Movement
: Through Go Red for Women, we are working in communities around the world so that women not only understand their greatest health threat, but also take action to lower their risk. We are grateful for the millions of people, like you, who have worked with us relentlessly to invest in life-saving research and build healthier communities. In this new reality, there will be new challenges for all of us as we press forward TOGETHER to achieve our mission. WE ARE WITH YOU, and we are committed to being there FOR YOU. Your ongoing support of Go Red for Women has never been so critically needed. LET'S MOVE FORWARD TOGETHER.

We're looking for volunteers to assist with the event.

Below is an event timeline and volunteer duties.

Event Schedule

8:00 am - 11:00 am: Event Setup

11:00 am: Registration/Check-In

11:00 am - 12:30 pm: Festival of Red (Silent auction, vendor booths, light lunch)

12:30 pm - 2:00 pm: Program including Keynote speaker, survivor speaker, Open Your Heart moment)

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Breakdown & Clean-up

Volunteer Duties:

  • Arranging auction items with Auction Committee
  • Putting up signage, banners, and easels on lower lobby
  • Scanning tickets via your smartphone and greeting guests.
  • Step and Repeat area - encouraging groups to take photos
  • Post event - tear down of signage, banners, auction area, ballroom
