About Our Organization: Dunk4Dreams is a non-profit organization that provides basketball-centric programs and technology access opportunities to underserved youth, with a primary focus on minority communities.

Job Description: We're seeking a Volunteer Lead 3D Visual Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating detailed and engaging 3D visualizations of our program facilities and layouts for promotional, planning, and strategic purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating detailed 3D visualizations of our program facilities and layouts.

• Collaborating with the planning and marketing teams to conceptualize and design 3D visuals that align with our brand strategy and organizational needs.

• Ensuring 3D visualizations are accurately represented and optimized for different presentation platforms and devices.

• Leading a team of 3D visual designers to ensure timely completion of all projects.

• Staying updated with industry trends, new software/tool updates, and enhancing the quality of 3D visuals produced.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in 3D visualization, particularly in architecture or interior design, with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp or similar.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in 3D design and visualization.

• Ability to manage and lead a team of 3D visual designers.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Passionate about our organization's mission and cause.
