Job Description:

• Set the vision for development of a product and ensure the product meets the established goals and continues its growth trajectory through great digital experiences, innovative ideas, and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrable ability to clearly communicate goals, requirements, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams and leadership.

• Experience of collaborating with multiple internal and external business teams to develop product requirements and overall product roadmap, while also driving the implementation and delivery of products.

• Ability to develop detailed business requirements and user stories for creation of product specifications and feature requests.

• Proven ability to use analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to extract data and build metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge legacy requirements.

• Support and enhance existing products with thoughtful and measurable impact.

Qualification:

• Experience with Agile methodologies, modern software development practices and knowledge of emerging technologies & tools.

• Experience with AI/ML is a plus.

• Experience in devising GTM strategy and product roll-out strategy, and conducting user testing, surveys and feedbacks.

• Atleast 3+ years product Management Experience
