Join the team of volunteers at Tabitha's Way. The RSVP Program places volunteers age 55+ with this great local food pantry. Enjoy the benefits of our free national service program and serve your local community members who are in need.
Warehouse volunteers: Help with receiving donations, sorting food, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
Pantry volunteers: Help check in clients, hand out food, bag groceries, and take food to cars.
Intake volunteers: Provide an essential role by helping us become familiar with the families and individuals that come to our pantry for the first time through a needs assessment. This process helps us to better understand the needs of the client and how we can best serve them.
Pantry Stocking volunteers: Help us stock shelves with items, do light cleaning, empty trash cans, straighten the lobby and kids area, and do anything else needed to get the pantry ready for our clients.

Description
The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, commonly referred to as RSVP, is one of the oldest volunteer programs in the country. RSVP works with volunteers age 55+ to help meet important needs in our community. We connect these individuals with programs that we call "stations" in the community that thrive on volunteers. Some of these programs assist with literacy, hunger, companionship, education, health and wellness, and veterans.
