About Our Organization: Dunk4Dreams is a non-profit organization committed to providing basketball-centric programs and technology access to underserved youth, focusing on minority communities. We are devoted to sparking social change and opening doors of opportunity through our innovative initiatives, including our upcoming technology access program set to launch in Las Vegas, NV, in January 2024.

Job Description: We seek a Videographer/Photographer Volunteer to join our dynamic and passionate team. You will capture high-quality visual content in this role that effectively communicates and promotes our basketball and technology education programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality video and photographic content that showcases our programs and initiatives, including events, basketball training sessions, and technology education activities

• Edit and produce engaging video content optimized for use on social media platforms and other digital channels
• Work collaboratively with program and team leaders, web developers, to align content with program goals and initiatives
• Manage and maintain the organization's video and photographic assets
• Contribute to building strong relationships within the community, acting as a positive representative of Dunk4Dreams
• Engage in voluntary initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to the organization's mission and values

Qualifications:

• Experience in videography and photographic content creation, with a strong portfolio of work
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups
• Passion for our cause and mission and a commitment to community development
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Experience working with non-profit organizations and community-focused initiatives is a plus
