Friendly Cat Care
ORGANIZATION: FERAL FIXERS NFP
Please visit the new page to apply.

This volunteer opportunity involves caring for adoptable cats and kittens at our facility. Responsibilities include feeding, cleaning, health monitoring, administering medication, and socializing kittens who are awaiting a foster home.
Feral Fixers rescues adoptable stray cats and kittens through our feral cat TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) activities. We need experienced volunteers to care for these animals while they are temporarily housed at our facility before transitioning to a foster home.
Many of the cats and kittens we rescue require basic medical care, including medication. Additionally, some kittens are shy, scared, or hissy due and need special handling and socialization. Volunteers for this opportunity should have a wide range of experience in cat and kitten handling or kitten fostering, and who have worked in a shelter or veterinary setting are especially needed.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help a cat on its journey from rescue to adoption!
Volunteers must be 18+, commit to a recurring weekly shift, and attend training.
Morning availability is particularly needed.
