Opportunity Overview: We seek an enthusiastic Volunteer Events Manager to join our team. This role encompasses the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of all our events, ensuring they align with our vision and mission.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid background in event management and non-profit coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, develop, and execute various events according to the organization's goals.

* Collaborate with donors, sponsors, and vendors to secure event resources.

* Work closely with our Volunteer Fundraising Director to incorporate fundraising opportunities into our events.

* Oversee event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking.

* Maintain detailed records of event aspects, including financial details.

* Regular interaction with stakeholders, offering updates, responding to queries, and acknowledging contributions.

Qualifications:

* Experience in event coordination within the non-profit sector.

* Demonstrated leadership skills.

* Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

* In-depth understanding of event planning and implementation.

* Familiarity with digital marketing channels and SEO strategies.

* Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
