Reporting Analyst Volunteer Role at CrowdDoing

CrowdDoing.world is seeking a reporting analyst to help build reports and dashboards in Odoo. This is an unpaid, virtual volunteer role to use your skills for social impact.

As a Reporting Analyst, you will develop and configure reports and dashboards in Odoo to meet various analytics needs. You'll understand key metrics and enrich reporting using BI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering reporting requirements from department stakeholders
  • Designing and building custom reports and dashboards in Odoo
  • Importing additional data from other sources for enriched analysis
  • Creating relevant visualizations and implementing self-service reporting
  • Optimizing report performance and fixing issues
  • Training users on available reports and how to build custom queries
  • Improving reporting over time based on user feedback

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience with reporting and business intelligence
  • Understanding of data analysis, visualization and storytelling
  • Familiarity with Odoo reporting and database structure
  • Knowledge of related tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Passion for volunteering skills towards social impact
