Odoo Business Analyst Volunteer Role at CrowdDoing

CrowdDoing.world is seeking a business analyst to help define requirements for our Odoo implementation. This is an unpaid, virtual volunteer role to use your skills for social impact.

As a Business Analyst, you will analyze current processes and problems, facilitate discussions with stakeholders, document detailed specifications, and validate implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting workshops to understand organizational needs
  • Documenting functional requirements, user stories and workflows
  • Performing gap analysis between current state and target state
  • Developing and validating conceptual prototypes
  • Writing clear, comprehensive functional specifications
  • Working with developers to ensure requirements are met
  • Inspecting and testing implemented features

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a BA on software projects
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Business process modeling and requirements analysis skills
  • Technical aptitude to interface with IT teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Passion for volunteering skills towards social impact
