we bring an empowered approach to domestic violence. By providing survivor-centered support, Self-help model, holistic healing, peer-led mentorship, advocacy, and inclusive services, we aim to transform lives and create a thriving community for all survivors.

At this stage, we are in the start-up phase and require board members who are eager to contribute their time, passion, energy, resource, skills, expertise and connections to help our org.


Overall responsibilities will include the following.

Have Oversight and guide operational and financial management and

strategic plans & board governance

Develop policies and procedures for the board of directors and the

agency administration.

Develop public relations in the community and with all stakeholders.

Seek donors, Fundraising opportunities, and event planning to carry out the mission & vision.

Develop and implement program services.

Evaluation of the executive director position and salary compensation.

Make special financial contributions once a year within their means to carry out mission, vision & goals.

Assist with onboarding of new members development and recruitment!

current board of directors' positions are officers for, treasurer, vice-chairperson. secretary & advisory committee for event planning, fundraising, community organizers. marketing & Communcations.
