What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in leading social media content strategy with a proven track record of successful management of platforms and campaigns.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong experience analyzing social media metrics and insights to inform strategy, optimize content, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Creative Content Creation: Ability to develop and implement engaging social media strategies to achieve organizational goals-whether it's boosting brand awareness, driving traffic, or increasing engagement.
- Versatile Content Skills: Proficiency in creating diverse, creative content-text, images, and video-that grabs attention and resonates with our audience.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and understanding of how to leverage each platform’s unique features and audience.
