StandUp for Kids is a national non-profit dedicated to ending the cycle of youth homelessness. We homeless and at risk youth and young adults 24 and under. We are looking for committed volunteers to work together to oversee and rebuild our Cleveland Chapter and leadership teams. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people and in the future of Cleveland.

Must have the ability to stay on task, motivate teams and encourage growth. Basic computer knowledge necessary. Excellent oral and written communication. Must attend a National Executive Director meeting one evening a month. Fundraising/business experience very helpful.

Flexible schedule and varying hours.

StandUp for Kids - Cleveland has been in existence since 2006.

On a consistent basis, we operate these services:

  • Street Outreach

We go to the streets in order to find, stabilize and otherwise help homeless and street youth improve their lives. We tell homeless and street youth that we care about them and then go to the streets and prove it!
